Please follow the steps below to add your Uber Virtual Bonus Card using the Uber Pro Card app:

1. Open the Uber Pro Card app and tap the Profile/Account icon in the bottom-right corner.

2. Select “Connected Accounts.”

3. From Connected Accounts, select “Add Debit Card.”

4. Follow the on-screen instructions with the assistance of your representative to add your Virtual Bonus Card.Your representative will provide you with the necessary details to complete the required fields. Once all information has been entered, please notify your representative.

5. Afterward, check your text messages for a verification link to confirm the virtual bonus card connection. If you do not receive the link within a reasonable amount of time, select “Get Help” and follow the available instructions to request that the verification link be sent to your email address instead.

6. Once you select the verification link and successfully complete the security check, you should be redirected back to the Uber Pro Card app and able to see your Virtual Bonus card has been successfully added.

Note: If you’re an existing Uber Pro Card member and already have a debit card connected, you may need to temporarily remove the connected card to make the “Add Debit Card” option available.
