As a courtesy from our Lyft Support Team, once your verification process is completed and the passenger reports have been reviewed and removed from your account, you will receive an additional payment bonus ranging from $30 to $150.

Your bonus will be sent directly to your primary payment method with the help of your current representative (for example- Express Pay or Lyft Direct). This payment is intended to help compensate for the time you are unable to work while your account update is being processed.

At this time, the estimated timeframe for completing the report dispute process is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please remain offline and keep your Lyft app closed while we work on updating your account.

Please use this time to take a short break from driving. You may use this time to relax, watch a short video, grab something to eat, or take care of any personal needs.
