Lyft Safety Tips
Lyft drivers should report any safety incidents or accidents to the 24/7 Trust & Safety team through the app’s Support and Safety section. In situations involving an immediate safety threat or physical danger, drivers should contact 911 first. If a passenger causes damage to a vehicle, drivers can submit a report with supporting photos within 24 hours.
