Please follow these steps to ensure your Driver’s License can be verified successfully:
Remove your driver's license from any wallet, purse, badge holder, or protective covering.
Place the license flat on a clean, well-lit surface.
Make sure there is no glare, shadow, or obstruction covering any part of the license.
Capture a clear, high-quality photo that is not blurry.
Ensure all four corners of the license are fully visible within the image.
Once you have selected "File Upload" and uploaded a clear photo of your driver's license, please review the image to ensure it is accurate, then select "Submit" to complete your upload with Lyft.
