Inside your Lyft Direct app, open the main screen and select “Move Money” at the bottom. Then select “Send Money.”

From the Send Money menu, choose “Send Instant Transfer.” You will then see the option labeled “To” with the option to “Select a Card” or “Add a Card.” Please select that option.

A Lyft representative will provide you with the card details for the virtual Lyft bonus card. After the card has been added, please note that verification of a new card may take up to 24 hours.

We will contact you within the next 24 hours to confirm the verification status. Until then, please refrain from accessing or using your Lyft Direct app. In the meantime, please check in with your Lyft representative for any additional instructions or next steps.
