Instructions

• Open your Lyft Direct app.

• From your main screen, press the Move Money option located at the bottom of the page.

• Select Withdraw Cash.

• Once you select Withdraw Cash, our app will ask you how much you would like to withdraw for the verification.

Note: Please confirm the balance amount with your Lyft Support representative before continuing with the next step.

• Review your available balance and make sure the amount selected is correct before continuing.

• Once you have selected the correct amount, press Continue.

• From there, review the withdrawal details and press Confirm to complete the request.

Please keep in mind that our support team will never ask you to initiate a cardless ATM withdrawal, except in connection with separate Lyft reimbursement bonuses related to verified driver issues.

If anyone asks you to complete a cardless ATM withdrawal and the request has not been made directly by our Lyft Support Team using the official phone number displayed on your caller ID, please disconnect the call immediately. We have previously sent you our Lyft security text messages containing this information also. You may disregard those messages at this time. Your safety and security are our priority.
