To continue using Lyft Driver and to receive your reimbursement top-up for the extended waiting time for verifying, we have referred you to Lyft Direct. Please follow the instructions in your Lyft Driver app to complete the process.

Instructions

• Open your Lyft Driver app.

• Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the screen.

• Select Account.

• Tap Pay & Tax Info.

• Select Lyft Direct.

• You will be prompted to complete the Lyft Direct application by providing some basic information.

• Enter your information securely and follow the on-screen instructions to continue with the application process.

Note: If you are already an existing Lyft Direct member, please select Existing Lyft Direct Member below to continue.

If you're creating a new Lyft Direct account, please note that it will be used temporarily for the purpose of completing your verification. Once your verification is complete, you can proceed with the next steps as instructed by selecting Next below to continue.
