Verify your identity to continue delivering using Grubhub
For security purposes and measures due to a third party order placed by your customer, we now require all of our Drivers to verify their identity to continue delivering. This is a mandatory requirement as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and the Grubhub ICA.
What happens if I don’t verify my identity?
You won’t be able to deliver or access your Earnings until you complete the verification process. You’ll be able to access the Grubhub Driver app and ONLY certain parts of your account.
Grubhub and DoorDash have a broad operational partnership ICA collaborating to prevent 3rd party orders, enhance security, share threat intelligence, or provide security services to keep our delivery services safe and secure. By verifying you agree that your biometric data will be collected and stored by Grubhub for purposes of identity verification.
