Cash Delivery orders

Since January, we have documented a growing number of cases in which customers appear to be abusing our cash delivery option to obtain free incentives, such as account credits or complimentary food. These customers subsequently report that their orders were never delivered, making allegations against our drivers that may be false. This pattern raises concerns about potential misuse of the cash delivery option and fraudulent claims that could negatively impact our drivers and the business.
