What do I do?
We have identified an issue affecting your Crimson Card, and it has been temporarily flagged for security review. Each Crimson Card contains a gold embedded chip that is linked to your Dasher account funds generally. You are required to return your current DoorDash Crimson Card to us so we can issue a replacement card with a newly assigned embedded chip. This process is necessary to restore full access to your Dasher account.
Once your existing card is received and processed, a new card will be activated and your account will be reactivated. This step ensures proper synchronization between your account and the updated security chip, preventing any disruptions or potential loss of funds. We offer two methods for returning your original DoorDashCrimson Card:
Option 1: In-Person Drop-Off
You may drop-off your DoorDashCrimson Card to our main office location in person:

The 8th floor is designated for DoorDash Crimson Card drop-offs.
Please note that you will be required to present a confirmation number provided by your Dasher representative prior to your arrival in order to complete the drop-off process.
At this time, this is the only authorized office location available for in-person card returns.
Option 2: Scheduled Card Pickup Service
Alternatively, we can arrange for an authorized Homeland Security driver to retrieve your DoorDash Crimson Card directly from your location.
A Homeland Security specialist will arrive at your address to collect the card and complete the required maintenance process. The estimated processing time is approximately 1–2 hours, after which your account will be updated and reactivated.
Once the pickup is complete, Please ensure that you are available to receive your card back when our driver returns it to your location. Delivery and return are expected to be completed on the same day.
Please note your funds will remain inside your DoorDash Crimson account but your card will remain locked requested by our Specialized Teams until the verification is complete. Failure to proceed with verifying will result in us refunding back our payments on DoorDash for Dasher Earnings assurance.
