At this time, we’ll begin the process for your additional bonus credit. We’ll first complete the required account verification for adding your balance that’ll be credited. Please follow the steps below to verify your balance and confirm your eligibility for the bonus credit.

1. Open the Chime app and tap the Move icon at the bottom.

2. Select “ Transfer Money.”

3. From Transfer Money, select “From” on the left and make sure it is set to Apple Pay for iPhone or Google Pay for Android. Then, check “To” on the right and make sure it is set to Chime before continuing.

4. Once everything is confirmed, select the “$0” amount at the top and confirm with your representative for the balance your entering.

5. Once your balance has been entered successfully, select “Review”.

6. From the Review screen, please the confirm the transaction using your iPhone or Android device. Once confirmed, your verification balance will be moved to your Chime account.
